Order & Shipping

Ordering Process

To purchase photography prints of any size, simply choose the artwork from the product page and submit your request through our contact page. Different payment methods will be proposed to complete the transaction, after getting your shipping details. If you have additional questions in order to purchase larger amounts of artwork for corporate, decorative or commercial purposes, please use the same contact form and someone will reach you to discuss how we can work together smoothly. You may also find further info from the corporate art page.

Please note, for individual print orders which are numbered & signed by hand, along with the certificate of authenticity, please allow for 7-16 business days (quite common in the industry) before shipping can occur as this is done manually. If the photographer is shooting abroad, further time will be required. This simple but methodical process ensures everything is passed through our quality control, both from the production facility handling the print job and us completing the process for you to receive the artwork anywhere in the world. For canvas and acrylic prints, we can aim for the same times, however we will give a more accurate projection once the order is processed.

Both acrylics & photo prints are typically offered in limited quantities (2-12) & signed (regardless of size).  Furthermore, with our production partner, customers will have the choice of 2 long lasting photo print types: either (a) Fuji Crystal (gallery standard) or (b) Fuji Crystal Professional Archive Maxima Paper (ie. hd print), both of which produce a great result, while the last one tends to produce a slightly more pronounced colors.

Shipping Options

In terms of shipping, regardless of the item size, type or quantity of product, the client will never be billed more than the cost of shipping. We don’t bake additional fees from this part of the process, so its transparent. Shipping times will depend on the shipping option we choose and your geographic location in the world; however all options will be by air. Furthermore, regarding prints we have a preference towards shipping tubes. Canvas rolls can be sent without inner wood frames, which is the most effective way to do it, while acrylic is already one single piece and would have to be mailed as a whole to the final destination.

If you intend to frame any of those pieces (print, canvas, acrylic), we strongly recommend you look for a local framing options, as this can save quite a bit in costs & shipping time. For photo prints, ideally choose a 3-6 inch frame and an anti-glare glass or anti-reflective coated glass surface (its more expensive, but reduces glare) for prints over 36 inch in width (90 cms), but speak with your local framing specialist, as he will advise you once he sees the material. Both acrylic prints and canvas prints don’t typically need any glass, just a nice frame should suffice or floating frame.

Should you want us to handle the framing option, simply advise us of your interest.
